[Sca-cooks] Menagier de Paris manuscript and analysis

I'm sure many people here know the Menagier de Paris. I wonder how many
have ever seen Pichon's original copy of the manuscript?

Also, for those who don't know Nicole Crossley-Holland's Living and Dining
in Medieval Paris, she convincingly identifies the author as a minor
knight and even shows his (since demolished) house. The book overall is a very
interesting analysis of various aspects of life in the period.
