[Sca-cooks] 50th Year classes?

Anyone planning on teaching a class at 50th Year?  I remember spending a lot of my time at 25th Year in classes.

PS: Hmmm. I wonder if there would be any interest in a class on the Florilegium? Unlike my casting class, that wouldn’t require getting a lot of materials to the Middle Kingdom.
