When I used it, I was taken to a timed out page. But you can go back to the manuscripts link and use the search function. I just typed in cury as the keyword.

Oh, wow! The British Museum has just digitized the medieval cookery
manuscript, Forme of Curye. This was a series of recipes from the cooks
of Richard II (c. 1390). By zooming in on the photos, anyone familiar
with the recipes can actually read them! The manuscript appears to be in
a scroll form - long, narrow strips that are sewn together. Have a go at
