I have been looking at creating a dayboard with a Viking/York theme. I know About Ann Hagen's books, The Mead-Hall by Pollington, Libellus De Arte Coquinaria and the Two Anglo-Norman Culinary Collections. Can anyone suggest other sources or references I may not be aware of? Katherine Slough
