 For those of you who like to plan ahead, the Tenth Annual West Coast Culinary Symposium will be next February. The site is just half an hour north of San Francisco. The dates are Feb 9 to 11. The keynote speaker will be Prof. Carolyn Nadeau ... a scholar of early modern Spanish culinary practices. This is a fun event. We will have wonderful classes, tasty food and egg spitting (see PPC 102 for details on egg spitting).
