Here's an intriguing chance find, from a manuscript listing members of  
noble and royal households and what they were paid or given. Here for 
"cuisine",  first Pierre de Chailliau, Escuyer de Cuisine, and then.... Tailleventer 
Queux,  who is to have a... house? (autel/hostel) like the preceding.
