Hi Maeva,
Figgie Piggie is from Apicius. Cook pork stew with dried figs, about 60/40 ratio of pork to fig. Low temp, long time, all falls apart and becomes yummy. Salt to taste ... with garum if you have it.

At the last west coast culinary symposium in AnTir. There was a cooking over fire class where we made a dish called fygge pygge. I don't have access to my notes and we have been gifted with some pygge parts. Can anyone point me to a recipe or the notes from the class?
