[Sca-cooks] 15th Century Arby's Sandwich?

I think nrn may have gotten the claim right:
"Arby’s said the meat is based on a style of porchetta dating back to 15th century Umbria in central Italy. "

while USA today totally screws the pooch on its interpretation.

(Had one yesterday, it's not all that...)
