Oops.  That should be 280 lbs. avdp. or Imperial, depending on where 
measured.

And just for fun, I have located these approximate measures.  1 Cup U.S. has 
a volume of approx. 14.6 cu. inches.  Whole wheat flour weighs roughly 4.5 
oz./cup or .31 oz./cu. in.  Wheat weighs roughly 6.42 oz./cup or .44 oz./cu. 
in.  Cleaned wheat weighs roughly 6.95 oz./cup or .46 oz./cu. in.
