[Sca-cooks] halloo the list??

I am starting a Food mag with Recipes from the Middle Ages and Renaissance
plus Byzantine and Arabic ones. Not Only Recipes but historical trivia and
cultural discussion.
Sadly only in Spanish I can’t afford the translation :(
