I hope this finds you going well. I am also on a German language historical
cooking list. One of the participants just posted this link to a Salzburg
family's account books. This includes a complete side-by-side transcription
with scans of the original documenst as well as a searchable database of
the set, including subject categorization. The time period is from 1733 to
1785.
