[Scriptoris] Painted Charters Needed

Greetings to the list!

I just received word from HL Ceinwen (incoming Sable Scroll) that the kingdom
needs painted charters, especially Centurion, Arcus Majoris and Golden Bridles.

If any of you happen to have some of these charter blanks and some spare time,
please consider painting some.  You can turn them in to your regional scribe,
HL Ceinwen, Countess Sara or me.

If you do not have any blank charters to paint, please let us know.  We will be
happy to get some to you.

but who might be interested.
