And that's just the therapy they do to *fix* you! The wonderful chiropractor who fixed my hands & arms (when surgery didn't really help) started the therapy in January, when the long sleeves would cover the massive bruises on my arms from the deep myofascial work he was doing to release the huge muscle spasms that were my arms. The bruising phase was over about the same time short sleeves became necessary. Children, Do Not Try This At Home!

I don't think we should go there. We don't want to scare off the newbies. Besides, I'd like to believe that we're long past the days of kings accidentally spattering ink all over 25 charters, one hour's notice before court to do 25...no, wait, that person isn't here...no, they're here after all...and could you add these, too?...charters, filling in over 20 charters sitting outside on a porch at Twelfth Night in 20-degree-Fahrenheit wind chill, sitting in a closet with bread and water doing a charter from scratch while listening to the head cook on the other side of the door describing in detail to others the feast that you're not getting to eat--and then the charter wasn't used...

No, I am Not Making This Up. Without eternal vigilance, this can all happen again. The most valuable advice I can give out is "learn to say 'no' to the Crown!"
