Until Ari's is out, there's an ancient one (1979) by Vance Studley called
(duh!) "Left-Handed Calligraphy" and published by Van Nostrand Reinhold Co.
Not too terrribly informative, but adequate and the rest is a compilation of
various historical hands and layout stuff.
Another is by (Am I really recommending a book by *her*?) Margaret Shepherd
called "Basics of Left-Handed Calligraphy" 1998, Prentice Hall Press, NY
which is more informative as to how, but one should ignore her letterforms.
