I have to agree with Sarah. If a site were set up for peers who request a scroll, and royals whether they request it or not...they have worked hard...they need a break<g>, it would be a really good idea. More peers might feel a little more comfortable requesting a scroll. As far as Royals, someone should be requested the day they win crown tourney so they have 9 months to get the scroll done in, and that may be part of Star's job.

BTW, have I mentioned yet that I also think we need to
limit our list to peers and royals (those of county or
ducal rank)? Every award at grant level or below
already comes with a scroll, but peers and royals
often - *usually* - do not receive scrolls, so if
we're going to work on backlog, I think it makes sense
to start with those.
