Curstaid, gave me the best advice for a guild principle... "when you are the 
host, be papared to not work on anything while your guest are there be it a 
charter painting table or a guild meeting. Be there to answer questers, and 
assist where needed. filling cups getting paint , ect ect.." 
Since then I have taken that to heart and my experainces no longer suffer. It 
is also very neat to see how those who I got startedhave surpassed me..
