[Scriptoris] Aug 21st gathering cancelled

Greetings unto the scribes in the coastal & surrounding areas.

I regret to inform all that the gathering on Aug 21st has been canceled.
Due to post office issues of getting things to where the need to be we
lost the site.

I woudl like to plan another and will hopefully do so with the incoming
regional scribe.
