Zubeydah, Mistress Claryce is Northern Regional Scribe.  I'm sure she has a 
goodly number of scrolls you haven't seen and can give you some to paint.

Anyone who would like to turn in painted charters can turn them in to your 
regional scribe, myself (my contact information is below) or even to Their 
Majesties.  Kingdom insignia can be turned in to me or Their Majesties.
