[Scriptoris] Charter Painting at War

Greetings to all after war, 
Yep, there were blanks at war, and a number of them were happily painted by 
folks from other kingdoms.  There were fewer blanks available from some of the
other kingdoms that traditionally attend.  Cynric received those charters that were
completed in painting.   Thanks to all that painted.
