[Scriptoris] Charter Painting at War

Just an FYI: The posted hours for Scribes Point are the official hours it will be open, but I e-mailed one of the coordinators about evening hours and she wrote back that Scribe's Point will probably be open much later in the evening, though possibly not for service points.

I volunteered to be there in the evenings in case they needed anyone and will be talking to the official laison, Isabel, when I get there on Wednesday, about longer hours. So scribes, if you want to paint in the evening, stop by during the day and check to see if there will be possible evening hours, too! : )

It sounds like there will be lots of blanks going to Gulf. I got a phone
call last night from someone at Gulf Wars having dinner with the
coordinator of scribe's point. The coordinator is hoping that there will
be lots of blanks and indicated some out of kingdom interest in charter
painting for Ansteorra.

I do not know about the service points but I would imagine that it will be
treated similarly to how it has been treated in previous years.
