[Scriptoris] *founding* Landed B&B...

Has anyone ever made, or seen, a scroll created for the *Founding* Baron and 
Baroness of a group?  I would assume that a "Founding Landed" scroll would 
be different from a 'Court Barony' scroll by a significant amount.... I am 
specifically looking for help on language.... and then I'm hoping to get the 
language translated into Latin....
