[Scriptoris] Baronial scribes page for Stargate

Stargate's Webadmin, Lady Merewyn, created a new scribal page on the Stargate website.  Thanks
Merewyn. 

The page currently includes details about the regular meetings, as well as texts of the current
Stargate champion and baronial award scrolls; so they can be used by commissioned scribes.  

Soon as she receives digital images, it will also include images of original scrolls from recent
Stargate events.   

Anyone else have a scribal page on their SCA branches site?
