[Scriptoris] History of Star Signets

I'm working on a project and need a list of the former Signets, in order. 
I haven't had a chance to run through the full list of Black Stars to cull the dates and
information out, but I hope that some of you will remember which Signet came after who, and who
came first and what's on third... and correct my list if I got it wrong.
