[Scriptoris] the second update

Just wanted to let folks know that the second update is up.

( Yeah, when I'm waiting on Crown Tournament results, I typically either 
paint charters or work on websites. It's the only thing that keeps me 
distracted. :>  )

This update focuses on the Digital Charter Library, and includes painted 
charters by the Rosenfeld Scribal Guild, Lady Prudence the Curious of 
Emerald Keep, and several blank charters provided by Mistress Hillary.
