If you want a reduced rate Hotel Guest Room for the Known World Heraldic
and Scribal Symposium you must make this reservation on or before August
14th, 2009.  After August 14, 2009 hotel guest rooms will be released
from our KWHSS group reservation block and our special reduced rate will
not be available. Also, once the Marriott Hotel releases these rooms to
other bookings the guest rooms at this hotel may fill up and no longer
be available.  To ensure you get the reduced group rate for your stay
during the Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium you may want to
book your room today!!
