Greetings:

I tried to post a message to the list (I am a member) but for some reason it
didn't like it. Could you please post this message for me?

Thanks,
Moreg

Greetings to all Known World scribes!

It is my pleasure to be your Scribes Point coordinator for Gulf Wars XX. I
wanted to let you know that Scribes Point will once again be open for you
calligraphy and illumination pleasures. We will once again have a Scribes
Social, classes and work space. But we are also doing something new this
year that I wanted to pass on to you. This year’s activities will also
include a Scribal Gauntlet! The Gauntlet is a series of challenges to test
your scribal skills. Most will be done on site at pre-determined times
(like classes) but there are three challenges that can be completed at home
and brought to War. They are: Most Detailed Scroll, Smallest Scroll
(complexity will add to your score), and Most Original Medium (like a
knighting scroll done on a shield). Use your imagination!

I wanted to give everyone as much time as I could so that you could have
time to plan and get started, and I apologize that I couldn’t get this
message out sooner. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me
at moreg at comcast.net <http://compose?to=moreg@comcast.net>

I look forward to seeing you all at War!

In service,

THLady Moreg Cochrane

Scribes Point coordinator
