[Scriptoris] Charter Opinions

The only charters I feel strongly about are Centurion charters.  I 
absolutely love CCS-01 - to me it *looks* like an appropriate design.  
On the other hand, I detest CCS-02.  CCS-03 is okay but I don't feel 
strongly about it either way.
