[Scriptoris] Roll of Arms Scroll

As a reminder, if you can't decipher the words of a heraldic blazon,
and/or just want to double-check against the actual registered image
of anything, the College of Heralds is there to help. Andrewe Star can
likely answer nearly any question, and he knows how to get ahold of
scans of the originals as needed.
