[Scriptoris] New Star Signet Introduction and Video Project

Greetings to the members of our College of Scribes!

My name is Lady Aline Hopton, from the Barony of Elfsea. I am newly given
the privilege and opportunity to serve our wonderful bunch of scribes as
Star Signet. I know it has been hard, this past plague year, to feel
enthusiasm for our art and we miss our chosen family. To that end, I am
planning to come up with ways that we can continue to be together, even
apart. Watch this space for scheduled scribal hangouts and other workshops

You can see that most of what is up there right now is classes that were
recorded during the last Heralds and Scribes Symposium. But I want more!
What I envision is a series of short (10-15 minute length) videos targeted
to specific subjects and techniques. I'd REALLY like to start off with the
following subjects:

   1. An Introduction to the Ansteorran Charter System (for total newbies
   or just new to our kingdom)
   2. How to Paint an Ansteorran Charter (geared towards people who have
   NEVER painted before)
   3. What Do You Need to Get Started as an Ansteorran Charter Painter
   (again, geared towards newbies)
   4. A Quick Overview Intro to Medieval Calligraphy and What to Buy to Get
   Started

But we'll want even more! I would love videos on how to spiff up various
genres of charters - things like adding white work to bar & ivy charters,
how to do all those darn little red dots on Kells charters, etc. Or
shading. Just...I mean anything you know how to do. I would love a brand
new scribe to have this fantastic resource from home to just dive in or,
even when we can meet in person again to help people getting started
without a scribal guild, or just to review something ("how do I mix colors
again?").
I have put together a Google Form for you fantastic scribes to sign up for
which videos you'd like to put out. ONE VIDEO PER FORM SUBMISSION, PLEASE.
For multiple videos you'll have to fill it out multiple times. You can take
one of the ones I've asked for up here or you can propose your own! It'll
be a first to sign up gets it type system. So if you're the second to sign
up for something I'll contact you and let you know.
Let's fill the YouTube channel with scribal and light a fire under our
