I actually meant decentralizing the Kingdom Offices. Under the current CoH system (I
cannot speak for anyone else) the Regional officers handle hire and fire, rosters
for their regions, and collecting reports, which they then abstract and send a
report to me. Although they are not required to check submissions, most do comment
on a regular basis. This takes care of most of the administrative end, and I do not
feel that decentralizing the submissions process would be effective - though a
principality would probably have its own submissions herald under the kingdom
submissions herald. I actually have no problem with the idea of any of my current
regionals taking over as Star Principal Herald, under our current system.

Then you serve as an example of what all branches should strive for.

Looking forward to it.

Kingdom Law V.2.1. - Crown Tournaments and Coronations shall be the only events
protected from coinciding with any other events within the boundaries of the
Kingdom of Ansteorra.
In other words, enlightened self-interest is the only thing keeping events close by
from overlapping - nobody wants to go up against another close event, for fear of
hurt feelings and low attendance.

Time for a break......
