When Drachenwald was a principality they elevated the Coronet without 
the Crown being present.  The stepping down Coronet placed the hats 
on the stepping up Coronet.  Later the former Princess was called 
into court and made a member of the Companions of the Edelweiss (a 
principality version of the Order of the Rose).
