SR - Coronet Limitations

	Greetings All,

	I've been reading the opinions of the folks commenting about the
possibilities of limiting the amount of times that someone may win a
Coronet list and I've been giving it some thought. Okay, I've come
around to the opinion that limiting the number of times that someone may
fight win a Coronet list in a given time span is a good thing. I done
been swayed. :-)
