Frankly Gilli, you boggle me. I mean, I don't know you, so I don't want to
presuppose your intentions here.., but if, as you say, YOU don't see a need for
this, then let it be.

You ask how things are going with the effort.., and we tell you.

You want to know how one gets involved.., and we tell you.

Then, you say you don't want to be involved. Worse, you take potshots at those
who are involved.

You give new meaning to the term "just stirring the pot." Please, Gilli, enough
already. Please don't ask us questions JUST to provide yourself with the
opportunity to say over again that you don't want a Principality.

Some of us think we'd like to see one and are taking measured, reasonable steps
in pursuit of that. Only 2 official actions have been taken: the 2 meetings at
events. Our efforts are the product of personal drive and are thus personal
until we share them. And it's okay for them to remain personal.., precisely
because they are NOT official.

It's the same as me asking you, EVERY TIME I SEE YOU, "Hey, Gilli.., still
making arrows?" (Knowing the entire time that you are.) "Say.., can you explain
that arrow making process to me." (Though the process is published.) Then,
after you have taken the time to explain, I say, "Ya know, Gilli.., Arrow making
sucks!"

If you do not support a Principality, that is MORE than fine. I earnestly
salute you. But extend a little courtesy and trust our way. We aren't doing
anything below board.

To use your house-building analogy: in order to build a house you must have
architects, decorators, builders, etc.

Please do not denegrate that which we have deemed worthy or our time as mere
"curtain making." A la:

> I think the decission to build the house needs to be made before you by the
> curtains.

You continue:

If you want a vote, then YOU do all of the groundwork necessary to submit a
petition to Sir Burke. But that cannot happen until you have laws, armory, and
a name. In short, it can't happen until folks like us volunteer our time to do
all of that work.

The law requires that the details come first! It is not our petty whim. How
little you must think of us to consider that we would try to railroad you
thusly.

It very well might.., but you will not be in a position to cast your *no* vote
until we all get OUR volunteer work done FIRST. Work which many of us feel IS a
significant contribution to this Kingdom and its future.
