SR - call for newsletter info

[Bob Dewart]

A  number of the groups are volunteering to reproduce copies for their group
to reduce cost.  Plus they will be doing they distribution.  Does seem very
separate to me.  Cost seem to be a factor. and it will be since it will not
get money from the Blackstar.
