Fill out a Feast Registration Form and hand it to your local
feast reservation officer.  They will forward it to kingdom
for commentary, and if acceptable it will be sent on to
SCA-wide commentary.  Your feast reservation must be
documentable as period style, but must not conflict with any
previously-registered SCA feast reservations and an
enumerated set of famous non-SCA feast reservations.  If you
are given a feast reservation, it is yours in eternity.
Expect the process to take about 9 months at least, and more
if there's a problem with your initial reservation.
