Might I add that the announced time of 2 - 4 is a tentative time.  A
schedule of planned events with corresponding times will be announced by
the end of Wednesday.

For your amusement, here is an even more tentative (and entirely
fictitious)schedule.

9am Armor Inspection and discussion of possible changes to armor
requirements for the new principality.

9:45 Armor Inspection Ends

10am Chivalric List Begins (possible preview of the upcoming coronet
list?) and discussion of tournament styles for the new principality
coronet list.

SOMETIME: Chivalric list ends.

Various people will be giving various classes at various times.  
Discussion of how these subjects will flourish under the new
principality will ensue as a matter of course.

There will be a quest.  Compare and contrast how the new principality
could be nurtured/hindered by such activities.

There will be spear throwing.  Don't throw spears at people who don't
agree with your ideas about the principality.

The Principality Meeting will begin.

The Principality Meeting will end.

Feast Will Begin....unless the meeting hasn't ended, in which case you
all starve.

Speaking of Feast though....you'll likely work up quite an appetite
during the Principality Meeting and feast will sound like a pretty good
idea, so it's a good idea to make a feast reservation in advance.
Please email me with your Mundane Name, SCA Name, and number of required
reservations as soon as possible.  Email reservations will be taken
UNTIL MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT.  Any Reservations received in my email
box after that will be disregarded.  Those reservations received will
get an email reply for confirmation.  If you'd prefer to reserve by
phone, please call me, Paul Lewing, at (254) 899-0006 (until 10pm) or
Thom Rolston at (254) 773-1039,  and leave a message on the machine if
there's no one home.
