SR - Describing Our Region

So,  I was reading all of my e-mail and I kind of put a few things together.
Starting with Pendaran's comment that names became bastardized over time,  I
have a few suggested names that I bastardized that I think sound kind of
cool.   My personal "test" on names is whether I can hear a crowd saying
vivat  ________ (insert region name here).

>From Leonardo,  Terredecour or Sulterra    (may sound a little too much like
a Yetti name)
