As to the first problem. Sometimes we do...most times we don't. Loudness 
is an event steward/seneschal problem as well as a "peers" problem (note 
lower case). Most folk will quiet down if asked.

As to the second problem: I, personally, will not countenance such... 
That is one of my "extremely sensitive" areas...the flip side of that 
coin is "child predators"...

If we don't take care of our own...who will?
