point of order ... if the concern is that not everyone has email access and as 
such it's not reasonable to conduct business via that venue, dosn't that by 
logical inclusion also negate using a "chat room" approach to solve the issue 
... considering that more people are likely to have email access than 
understand and/or use online chat software ????

opinion .... someone needs to do a "official" survey to map out *exactly* what 
the communication options are available to the populace base - regional and 
kingdom  ... and then *track* it as it grows and use that data to reach as many 
as possible, as expeditiously as possible. the anti online arguement are 
wearing quite thin ... figure out the percentage voice they represent and weave 
that into the equations instead of rejecting them as "not relevent"    

i would suspect that a lot more have "email access" than is assumed ... whether 
they use it heavily or not is another issue.  times are changing, change with 
them ....
