SR - Southern Regional Stuff

Greetings and Hi there,

I think I may have a solution to one of, for lack of  a better word, *my*
problems.  See what you all think about this.  This is just a thought.  It
won't hurt my feelings if you don't like it.  Heck, it might be in the *to
hard to do box*.

The regions are just administrative tools for the Kingdom.  And as such the
groups with in the regions *could* asked to be removed from one region and
put into another.  This would be pretty easy for those in the border areas.
This process shouldn't take very long once the group decides it wants to be
in the Southern region.  Those groups who have expressed an intrest in
joining us could *trade* regions. The move would need to be completed before
August.

Then, with all the groups who have made their minds up to be in the
region-in the region, we could, if desired, have only Southern regional
folks when titles, etc.

Of course this wouldn't keep any group from joining the region in
preparation for the *P* word.
