SR - Southern Regional Stuff

Bob Dewart (gilli at seacove.net) said something that sounded like:
> The regions are just administrative tools for the Kingdom.

They are administrative regions at the whim of the Crown.

This was brought up at the Red Tape event that was held. It is not part
of the Seneschal's office. It is not for administrative convenience
beyond another layer to assist. (Otherwise Brad Leah would not be in the
Northern Region.) It was discussed if it made sense for any of the
groups to change regions though. The only groups mentioned were in the
Northern and Western regions.

If someone wants these to change in any manner, they need to petition
the Crown to change them. This does not mean that the next Crown
wouldn't reverse the decision though.
