SR - Ballot text?

While in theory I agree with you, it depends on the goal of this name on
if I agree with you in reality.

If this is just a name of the Southern Region, there is no need for it
to pass the College of Heralds.

If on the other hand, there is desire to continue on to possible
Principality, the name needs to be passable or we go through this over
and over and over again until we happen to get a name that is desirable
by the populace *and* passable for the College.

My vote is for listed first by likelihood to be passed by the College
and second by alphabetically or random within the category. Personally I
see no reason to include the 1 or 0 stars though eventhough one of my
favorites is in there.
