[Southern] War Practice this weekend

Greetings to war companies and units of the Southern Regional Army,

This missive is to announce there will be an inter-regional war practice
being held on Sunday at the Elfsea Defender event site this weekend.
All who can attend and show the strength of the Southern Regional Army
are welcome.  The melees will start at 10 am.  See you there!
