Hello,

It is time for me to step down as your Southern Regional Rapier Marshal.  I
would like to thank everyone who made this a great 3+ years, especially all
the local marshals.  Their hard and continuing work make the rapier
community in the Southern Region really work.  Thanks to all.

For those who are interested in applying for the position of Southern
Regional Rapier Marshal please send an application including a note
expressing your interest and qualifications to the Kingdom Rapier Marshal,
Master Ansgar, at bsmall at cox-internet.com.  Please cc the southern regional
Seneschal, Master Cynric of Bedwyn,  at rgferrall at direcway.com.
