[Spit-project] I'm teaching another class

Just to let y'all know, I'll be teaching a class at Barony of the
Steppes' Artisan competition at the end of July.
It will be a discussion on period non-alcoholic drinks that can
be served at feasts, "teas", buffets, etc....

Those of you who liked the lemonade would enjoy this.

It isn't really a true research project but more of some things
I've found on the net (Most especially Duke Cariadoc's work on Al Andalus)
and experimenting. Right now I've got
a weak honey mead fermenting and will be doing barley water
next week.
