Thought you all might like to know that the gentleman who makes the
portable hearth that's been discussed here is taking orders for the next
few weeks, at which point he will stop accepting new orders and begin
fabrication.  If you are interested, please contact him at

I am expecting mine mid-July and will try to post some pictures then.
