I have been doing research for people, writing articles,
and answering questions. Once in awhile I do grill steaks.
I have been thinking about getting a Big Green Egg or a smoker
but may put the purchase off until spring. I would use either one.
I can't figure out which one I would like more.
We were under an open fire/burn ban here for most of the summer
so that limited outdoor experimentation. I live at the edge of the city 
limits
so one has to be cautious as to what one does anyway.

There-- Is that enough?
