[Stargate] fighter practices

Practice will be canceled if U of H gets a lot of rain or it is raining at
the time.  The area where we practice is sandy and will take quite a bit of
water.  Even though it looked really bad yesterday, U of H did not get any
rain and we had practice.  Unless you have a very long way to travel, it is
sometime worth the trip.
