[Stargate] LPT event setup

Gang, 
I have the key to church, so we are set to go for Friday night setup. 

Time to be at storeroom:  7-7:15pm. 
Things to collect: 
Banners,tables, signs, children's castle walls, some kids activities, list field pots to use for
music pit, large trash bags (couldn't find any at site, better safe than sorry).

At Church:  8-8:30pm  
Setup outer halls, classrooms and kitchen on arrival, setup gym after 9pm when basketball practice
complete 

I maybe able to get to church Friday between 3 and 4pm, to preset the wall hooks, if so will post
Friday morning if anyone wants to join me.  Kitchen items may be delivered at that time as well,
if wanted; I'll confirm with head cook.  

Things to bring Friday night: 
Thomas and Melanie/Dale - bring ladders 
Malachi - rope or cord for some banner hanging, some are missing rope
Others:  brooms and mops for pre-cleaning if needed and for Sat. night cleanup.
