[Stargate] Gulf War Arts And Sciences Rules Changes

Hello everyone!

This is just a heads up that Ansteorra will send ten
(10) A&S Champions to Gulf War this year instead of of
five like last year. 

Kingdom A&S will be held in Rosenfeld. Champions will
be chosen from among all static, performing and
scholarly paper entries.
